Product Introduction:
Integral Insulation Hard Felt is manufactured through the following process, short-cut carbon fbers are carded into a web to form carbon fber mats, which are then laid in specifc layers and needled using 2.5D needling technology to produce the required thin felt. The thin felt is then glued, hot-pressed, and cured to form a green body, which subsequently undergoes carbonization, high-temperature treatment, purifcation, and machining to yield the fnal product.
Product advantages:
Possessing high strength / Low thermal conductivity / Good thermal shock resistance / Strong ablation resistance and oxidation resistance, low expansion coeffcient / Low ash content.
Surface Treatment Scheme:
Bare Felt, Graphite Paper Laminated, Carbon Cloth Laminated, Low-Porosity Plate Laminated, Coating
