Product Introduction:
The integral insulation hard felt is manufactured through the following process: short-cut carbon fbers are carded into a web to form a carbon fber mat, which is then laid in specifc layers and processed via 2.5D needle-punching to produce the required thin felt. The thin felt is then glued, hot-pressed, and cured to form a green body, which undergoes carbonization, high-temperature treatment, purifcation, and machining to yield the fnal product.
