Product Introduction:

Carbon-Carbon Short Fiber Plate is a short fiber-reinforced carbon-carbon flat plate produced by uniformly dispersing chopped carbon fibers, impregnating them with resin, molding under pressure, followed by liquid-phase impregnation densification, high-temperature purification, and machining.

 

Production Process:

Short fiber plate blank → Machining → Yttrium oxide coating → Finished product

 

Product Advantages:

Lightweight, high corrosion resistance, excellent high-temperature mechanical properties approaching graphite materials, superior thermal shock resistance, lightweight for easy handling, low porosity.
