Product Introduction:
Preforms are manufactured as follows: nets prepared from continuous long-fber carbon fber weftless fabrics/mesh fabrics combined with short-cut fbers are alternately laid for reinforcement. Quasi-3D structural fabrics are then produced using independently developed processes, followed by fully automated assembly line production. The products feature stable performance, good uniformity, and strong interlayer bonding. Based on the application requirements of the products, they can be made into cylindrical, plate-shaped, and various special-shaped preforms.
