Carbon-Carbon Hot Press Mold

Product Introduction:

High-strength carbon fbers of Grade T700 are used to form preform ligands through 3D weaving. Subsequently, carbon-carbon composite material molds are prepared by combining liquid phase deposition with high-temperature and high-pressure impregnation carbonization. The fnal density reaches 1.6–1.65 g/cm³. After testing under conditions of 2000–2300 °C and 20–50 MPa pressure, the molds meet the customer's application requirements.

Product advantages:

High Strength / Corrosion Resistance / Resistance to Thermal Shock Cracks
